are a few of the ways we can help new parents.
Antenatal Courses Classes are small and informal. Everyone in the class will be expecting their babies around the same time. This creates a wonderful environment of shared experiences where many people make lifelong friends. Each NCT Antenatal Course provides evidenced-based information, backed by more than 50 years of NCT experience. They give you the opportunity to ask questions and make informed decisions about your labour and your baby’s birth. Topics covered include:
Postnatal Courses Pregnancy and Birth Line - 0870 444 870910am to 8pm, Monday to Friday You can call our Pregnancy and Birth Line if you have questions about issues relating to your pregnancy or birth, or if you want to chat about your experiences with a fully qualified antenatal teacher. Breastfeeding Line - 0870 444 87088am–10pm, seven days a week Call our Breastfeeding Line to talk to a qualified breastfeeding counsellor for information and support to help you breastfeed successfully. Enquiries Line - 0300 33 00 7709am–5pm, Monday–Thursday; 9am–4pm on Friday You can call our Enquiries Line to find out more about our local and national services for parents, and to find out more about accessing your local NCT branch. Ask our expertsYou can also submit a question to our small panel of volunteers who may be able to help you with your pregnancy, birth and babycare questions.
